Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth recruitment process such as finding and hiring new employees.
• Training to employees for development.
• To execute payroll activities on time
• Maintaining employee database records, including contact, educational, and personal information.
• Implementing safety programs and creating a safe work environment for the employees.
• To perform administrative work. (For all other branches)Analyzing employee performance appraisal.
• To increase employee engagement.
• Handling disciplinary actions and take effective steps to solve any
• record for office operational cost for all branches
• Maintain record & examine the Inventories regularly.
• Any task assigned by supervisor or management.
