Responsibilities & Context

HealthOS Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment and HR operations for our blue-collar workforce, including delivery personnel, sales representatives, and other operational staff. The ideal candidate should also be proficient in preparing and maintaining salary sheets using Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment of blue-collar employees (e.g., delivery staff, sales reps)
Coordinate with departments for manpower needs and onboarding
Maintain and update accurate salary sheets using Excel
Support HR operations related to documentation, attendance, and coordination
Collaborate with finance for salary disbursement processes
Ensure all processes follow company policies and compliance standards
