Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors, Masters
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) 2-3 years of experience in HR with a focus on bulk recruitment, particularly for blue-collar positions.

Experience

  • At least 2 years

    ISP, Consulting Firms, Hospital, Manpower Recruitment, Security Service, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Pest Control, Individual/Personal Recruitment, Hostel

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 26 years
  • Strong understanding of blue-collar recruitment challenges and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience with using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Bangladesh, particularly those related to blue-collar workers.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities & Context

We seek an experienced and highly organized HR Executive on Bulk Recruitment to join our team in Bangladesh. In this role, you will confidently manage large-scale recruitment campaigns, expertly source and screen candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring process to meet our company’s staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage large-scale recruitment campaigns to hire blue-collar workers, including job fairs, community outreach, and partnerships with local recruitment agencies.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as local job boards, social media, community centers, and vocational training institutions.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, both individually and in group settings, to assess candidates’ suitability.
  • Manage the documentation and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Maintain a robust database of potential candidates for ongoing and future recruitment needs.
  • Liaise with factory managers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate retention rates.
  • Provide regular updates to HR leadership on recruitment activities, challenges, and outcomes.
  • Foster relationships with local communities and organizations to build a reliable candidate pipeline.
  • Managing Payroll for Project Employees
  • Field visit anywhere in Bangladesh for project purposes.
