Responsibilities & Context

 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection and onboarding of new hires.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and coaching to ensure continuous improvement and employee development.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge within the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and training effectiveness, to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Handle administrative tasks as needed.
