Additional Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the cement or manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of HR policies,
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities & Context
Lead and manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with industry standards and company goals.
Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
Manage performance evaluation processes and ensure employee development plans are in place.
Coordinate with management to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce plans.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and other employee development initiatives.
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee welfare programs.
