Responsibilities & Context

Recruitment and Staffing
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Conduct interviews and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Employee Relations
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve workplace issues and maintain positive employee relations.
- Mediate conflicts and address grievances to promote a harmonious work environment.
- Organize employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance management systems, including setting performance goals, conducting performance appraisals, and providing feedback.
- Guide managers in addressing performance issues and implementing corrective actions.
