Responsibilities & Context
- HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the best employees.
- Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Performance Management: Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Training & Development: Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Compliance: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee and manage a competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefits plan.
- HR Metrics: Develop and analyze HR metrics and provide reports to management.
