  • Professional Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR management is essential, with a proven track record of successful recruitment.
  • Remote Work Adaptability: Must be comfortable with remote work and available during the semi-night shift (5 PM to 2 AM GMT+6). Familiarity with remote collaboration tools is a plus.
  • Local & International Recruitment Expertise: Experience developing effective international recruitment strategies, especially in countries like Bangladesh, the USA, India, Pakistan, the Philippines, Russia, Ukraine, Denmark, and the Netherlands.
  • Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Skills: Strong negotiation skills and conflict resolution abilities are crucial for managing employee relations.
  • Remote Employee Management: Experience overseeing employee relations in a remote environment is essential, fostering engagement and addressing challenges.
  • Fluency in English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities for quick data interpretation and decision-making are essential.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Cultural Awareness: Understanding cultural differences to effectively communicate and build relationships with diverse candidates.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively, contributing ideas and supporting colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the complete hiring process, from job postings to interviews and onboarding across countries like Bangladesh, the USA, India, Pakistan, the Philippines, Russia, Ukraine, Denmark, and the Netherlands.
  • Global Recruitment Leadership: Drive global recruitment efforts, targeting top talent for various roles, including technical positions.
  • Deadline-Driven Performance: Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high recruitment standards.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws across all operational regions.
  • Positive Work Environment: Foster a collaborative and productive atmosphere for our remote team.
  • Employee Relations Oversight: Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and lead performance reviews to ensure a harmonious workplace.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use HR metrics and analytics to guide recruitment strategies and enhance processes.
  • Working Hours:
  • Saturday to Thursday, 5 PM to 2 AM (GMT+6), with Friday off. Enjoy a dinner break from 10 PM to 11 PM for a healthy work-life balance.
  • Probation Period:
  • A one-month probationary period to assess performance and fit within the company, during which employees will receive 50% of the agreed salary.
