We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to lead our human resources team and contribute to building a high-performing, engaged, and motivated workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Create and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and align them with organizational standards.
• Monitor and manage employee performance through appraisals, feedback, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace safety regulations.
• Develop and manage HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
• Manage payroll, employee benefits, and leave policies efficiently.
• Plan and execute employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity.
• Provide strategic advice to leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and succession planning.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or relevant certification is a plus).
• 8+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the interior design, construction, or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, training, and performance management.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
