    Banks, Manufacturing (FMCG), University, Advertising Agency, IT Enabled Service, Consulting Firms, Manpower Recruitment, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Real Estate, Call Center

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 35 years
  • Should have excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Bangla.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office package -especially MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint), Internet browsing, Email Correspondence, work experience in online software, experience in organizing video conferencing meetings.
  • Working time is 1 PM to 10:30 PM, 6 days a week; the timing is so that both our day and night shift employees are able to interact with the HR Manager.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Human Resource Management, Recruitment, Recruitment & Selection, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management.
  • Must Have Worked In The Hr Department Previously

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain HR processes and initiatives in Recruitment, Training and development, Performance Management, and Compensation and benefits.
  • Maintain the recruitment and selection process by posting job advertisements, reviewing and screening applications, assisting in the interview process, and finalizing the appointment process. Also, complete the discharge/resignation/termination in the proper way.
  • Continues follow-up HR and admin activities with all Departments and ensures timely support, coordination, and communication with the employees.
  • Ensure that quality personnel are boarded as needed in a timely manner.
  • Have a good understanding of HR policies and also having sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor law and its subsequent amendments.
  • Assist to prepare/ develop / update Organogram for different departments / units. Expand the training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Ensure an effective performance appraisal process for the performance of employees.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Ensure all employees have a positive work environment, are treated well, and are happy to work in our company.
  • Nurture a positive working environment and manage employee performance and development.
  • Supervise attendance records, salary calculation, and disbursement.
  • Supervise and manage day-to-day office costs for repairs, office equipment, etc., with the help of finance, admin, and IT to ensure that the office runs smoothly.
  • Ensure legal compliance, policies and procedures, termination, dismissal compensation, disciplinary action, handling of grievances, and management of conflicts.
  • Strong ability to motivate employees to ensure outstanding performance.
  • Prepare manpower planning and budgeting.
  • Formulation and implementation of policies and manuals.
  • Maintain and create proper organizational structuring and planning.
  • Communication with different authorities when required.
  • Any other special assignments from Management.
