3 to 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or animal health sector.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with our business objectives.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent in the pharmaceutical sector.
Support management in performance management and employee development initiatives.
Oversee the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Handle employee relations and work to resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
Develop and administer HR policies and procedures tailored to our operational needs.
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Maintain HR metrics and reports to improve workforce productivity.
Perform HR-related pharmaceutical works, including regulatory compliance and safety protocols relevant to personnel management in the pharmaceutical industry.
