Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

  • TMSS a renowned national level social development organization, invites application from eligible candidates for the vacant position of HR Officer in different field level domain offices of micro finance program under central HR-M & Admin department.

Job Responsibilities:· 

  • Implement HR policies and procedures at field.
  • Work closely with micro finance operation at field.
  • Maintain regular communication with Coordinator regarding HR & Admin issues.
  • Provide authentic information to field staffs about HR & Admin issues.
  • Manage recruitment & evaluation exam along with staff joining activities.
  • Participate in orientation, training and meeting as required.
  • Visit minimum four field offices as per monthly plan.
  • Conduct investigation and properly handle complaints and grievance issues.
  • Prepare work plan and reports as per direction.
  • Playing active role in asset management and purchase procedure at field.
  • Other need base activity as per instruction given by management.

Compensation & Other Benefits

Salary: Consolidate 20,000/- per month.
