Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR professional to support our global operations from Bangladesh.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on a U.S. work schedule, which translates to 9 PM – 5 AM Bangladesh Standard Time.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen potential candidates for various roles within the company.

• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.

• Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.

• Assist in performance reviews, evaluations, and goal-setting.

• Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and claims.

• Ensure compliance with relevant HR policies and regulations.
