Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to effectively support and enhance our human resources operations.
Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• A master’s degree in human resources or an MBA with a focus on HR is a plus.
Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Executive, or similar HR role in a mid-sized or large organization involved in FMCG business.
• Experience in handling full-cycle recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management systems.
• Hands-on experience with HR management software and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Additional Certifications:
• Certification in Human Resource Management will be considered a strong advantage.
Additional Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of Bangladeshi labor laws and regulations.
• Age 25 to 35 years preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Selection: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary actions, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
• Performance Management: Assist in implementing and managing performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to employees and managers.
• HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, updating HR policies and procedures as needed.
• Training & Development: Coordinate and support employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
• HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, manage HR documentation, and prepare HR reports.
• Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and leave.
