Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the distribution hub to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implementing new processes and maintaining existing processes for smooth operations.
- Ensuring inbound and reverse packages timely.
- Ensuring hub compliance in all aspects.
- Connect with concerned stakeholders for all the hub administrative issues and further resolutions.
- Supervise and train coordinator and delivery man.
- Implement measures to minimize damage, theft, and losses within the distribution hub.
- Regularly report to management on team activities and performance.
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
