Monitor delivery performance and address any issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct training and performance evaluations for riders
Address any issues related to rider performance, conduct, or equipment
Process and manage customer return efficiently
Collaborate with the FM return to facilitate the return of undelivered packages
Supervise daily operations at the hub, including sorting, dispatching, and inventory management
Oversee the cash flow process related to deliveries
Ensure accurate and timely transfer of cash receipts to the accounts department
Foster strong relationships with other departments, including Operations, Customer Service, and Finance
Provide coaching, support, and development opportunities for team members
Lead and motivate the hub team to achieve operational excellence
