Responsibilities & Context
- Monitor all operational activities of a specific Last Mile hub and directly report to the Team Lead.
- Allocate riders to specific zones for better delivery
- Plan optimized delivery route for each rider
- Ensure accurate daily cash collection and timely next-day bank deposit.
- Maintain vehicle-related issues.
- Continuous Communication with Customer and Rider.
- Cleaning the Report (Aging/Backlog)
- Monitor the Hub Dashboard for smooth delivery
- Minimize the hub cost, and increase productivity.
- Generate ideas to feasibly expand hub areas and increase delivery coverage.
- Maintain Last Mile hub’s 6S.
- Monitor hub delivery success rate and work on improvement.
