Role Overview

ActionAid Bangladesh is looking for a dynamic Human Resource Coordinator to join our team. This is a position who will lead the HR Functions in Cox’s Bazar under the direct support of the Head of People & Culture. The incumbent will coordinate with the HROD and Safeguarding Team based in Dhaka. S/he will also lead the HR team in Cox’s Bazar to facilitate robust recruitment process to hire a workforce meeting deadlines and compliances.
The incumbent will make sure all the HR processes are made following the policy compliance and the highest standard of organisational practice. AAB expects the Human Resource Coordinator will bring new ideas with structural process to achieve those ideas as a part of continuous improvement. The Human Resource Coordinator will facilitate the employee life cycle, support the HROD Team to facilitate the staff development and engagement programme. S/he will work closely with Cox’s Bazar Leadership Team to ensure the working culture, approach and values are in practice in Rohingya Operations and AAB work for Bangladeshi communities as well.
