Responsibilities & Context

We are a Chinese company selling digital products and cloud digital products in Bangladesh. The company here is new and we are looking for suitable candidates to join our company in this country. This is an HR position to recruit qualified employees for the company.

【Job requirements】

1. Familiar with recruitment channels and recruitment processes, candidates with more than 3 years of recruitment experience will be given priority；

2.Have good communication skills and teamwork skills；

3.Proficient in office software and human resources management systems;

4.Candidates with good English communication skills and document writing skills will be given priority;

5.Have certain industry background and market sensitivity。

【Job Responsibilities】

1. Responsible for screening resumes online and recruiting employees according to company position requirements;

2. Keep statistics on employee attendance every month;

3. Calculate the monthly salary of company employees;

4. Register the information of onboarding employees and handle the process of resigning employees;

5. Assist the company’s administrative customer service staff to solve customer problems part-time.

【Job benefits】

For the HR position, we provide a monthly salary of 40,000 TK, and an additional monthly subsidy of 10,000 TK for transportation, meals and telephone expenses. If the work performance is very good, the company can give additional rewards every month

Working hours:

10:00~13:00

14:00~18:00

If the work is not finished for the day, even if it is time to get off work, you must finish the work before leaving get off work.

Every Friday is a day off.
