Responsibilities & Context

The Human Resource Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industry, and a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and engagement.
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll administration and employee incentives.
• Maintain and update HR records, including employee data, attendance, and leave management.
• Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
• Lead HR projects, such as organizational restructuring, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
