Responsibilities & Context
– Generate and implement HR policy and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.- Manage the recruitment and selection process.- Maintain pay plan, payroll system and benefits program.- Support current and future business needs through the development, training, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.- Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization as per business demand.- Oversee and prepare performance appraisal system that drives high performance.- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs as per standard HR compliance.- Report to the managing director or top management and provide decision support through HR metrics.- Ensure legal compliance as per business capability throughout human resource management.
