Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 20 to 35 years
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to effectively support and enhance our human resources operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Selection: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary actions, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to employees and managers.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, updating HR policies and procedures as needed.
