Duties/Responsibilities

Establishing long & short term manpower planning for as per company requirement with clearly identify job responsibilities & maintain general office administration.
Timely recruit Human Resource and retain based on the recruitment of company.
Develop and manage the project as required, including research assignments, presentations and project documents for business development initiatives and marketing.
Monitor incoming communications and leads for agricultural practices and market best opportunities.
Organize orientation & induction program for newly join employee.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drive high performance.
Maintain the process of resignation/retirement/termination.
Manage individual employee relations cases from incident report through final disposition.
Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, maintaining, efficient operation of safety, hygiene and environment.
Execution of company’s administrative plans, policies & decisions of the management.
Maintain liaison with local Govt. office (PS, DC, RAB, Labor Office, Titas Gas, NESCO/DESCO)
