Ray Advertising, a leading USA-based marketing company, is actively seeking a driven and accomplished Human Resource Manager to spearhead our dynamic team. We are on the lookout for an individual with exceptional leadership prowess, coupled with a proven track record in administrative recruitment.

Key Requirements:
* MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH SPEAKING *-Age 25 to 35 years old

– Proven track record of at least 2-5 years in human resources is preferred , demonstrating a deep understanding of all facets of HR management, particularly in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

– Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate, mentor, and lead teams to success.

– Strong administrative recruitment experience, including the development and execution of effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.

– Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering results under tight deadlines.

– Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English. Experience in cross-cultural communication is highly desirable, as the role involves sourcing and hiring talent both domestically and internationally.- Proficiency in utilizing HR software and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

– A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and excellence in HR practices.

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

-Relevant certifications such as , HRCI, PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus.
