Requirements

Education

• Diploma/BSc (Refrigeration and Air Condition / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)

Experience

• At least 2 years

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 40 years

• At least 2 years of experience as a qualified HVAC engineer.
• HVAC Engineers are responsible for HVAC systems
• Heat Loss/Heat Gain calculations
• Ductwork design and distribution
• Chilled water piping design and distribution
• Candidates need to be highly self-directed and capable Maintenance and service. We are looking for talented individuals who can effectively manage their time and workload to complete work timely
• Knowledge about firefighting system
• Knowledge of Building codes (ASHRAE, BNBC, NFPA)

Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:

• Service Coordinator assists the Service DepartmentMonitoring and Problem-Solving Daikin Water Cooled Chillers, Samsung and Walton VRF system and Small Split AC, firefighting systempreventative and Schedule maintenance service repairs & replacements and on call working
