We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot HVAC issues and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure HVAC systems are functioning properly.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Collaborate with the engineering team to implement system improvements and upgrades.
Adhere to safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and other team members.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Certification in HVAC trade for a minimum of 2 years.
At least 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and HVAC equipment.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
FOREIGN EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
