Responsibilities & Context
Installation: Installing new HVAC systems and equipment based on blueprints and specifications.
Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks to keep systems running smoothly, such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and lubricating parts.
Repair: Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems.
Troubleshooting: Identifying the cause of malfunctions and recommending solutions. Service: Providing exceptional customer service, explaining issues, and providing system maintenance guidelines.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with HVAC industry codes and occupational safety regulations.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of work performed and inventory.
