Additional Requirements

Practical work experience in WASH sectors focusing with hygiene promotion sessions through awareness on handwashing with soap, MHM, WSP, and emergency response.
Medium in English (written/verbal).
Team management.
Ability to work under limited supervision.
Dynamism – Good report writing ability – Computer skills

To lead good hygiene practices and effective community engagement, through improving knowledge and changing the attitudes and behavior of the targeted communities.
To develop and ensure longer term sanitation and hygiene promotion continues and support the development and adaptation of different methodologies.
Develop monthly, and quarterly work plans and budgets for Hygiene Promotion and Community Engagement.
Assist the Project Coordinator in overall planning, budgeting, implementation and monitoring of the project.
Attend various internal and external meetings regarding engineering topics or issues and respond to questions and inquiries from various individuals, groups and organizations.

Contractual

Barguna, Patuakhali, Pirojpur

Emergency Response on Cyclone Remal in selected Upazilas of Patuakhali, Pirojpur and Barguna districts.

The duration of the contract will be until September 30, 2024.
