Responsibilities & Context
Instruct & implement the machine layout along with the right manpower.
Ensure line efficiency with allocated manpower.
Prepare skill matrix for recruiting & grading the new employee.
Time study, capacity study and follow-up study of the running style.
Setting up of lines to help to achieve set targets.
Find out bottlenecks solve problems if any.
Ensure supply chain operation and achieve maximum output.
Motivate workers to achieve higher productivity.
Identify best performers and award incentives to deserving workers.
Any other job assigned by seniors/ management.
