- Regular responsibilities of an IE Include
- Daily operation breakdown for Highly padded; Quilting ; Fake down ; 2 in 1 jacket ; all types bottom.
- Machine layout and bulletin
- Man-Machine report
- Bottleneck monitoring in production lines
- Training production staff on efficiency
- Production monitoring as per set target
- Daily line-wise target setup
- Wastage control
- Prepare regular loss time
- Prepare regular SMV calculation
- Calculate WIP of lines
- Method Study + Method development
- Motion Study
- Monitoring and optimize machine Productivity
- Research and development for improving all factory department.
