Responsibilities & Context
- Instruct & implement the machine layout along with right manpower and attachment.
- Prepare Skill matrix for recruiting & grading the new employee.
- Time study, capacity study and follow up study of the running style and take appointment measures.
- Analyze the bulletin and prepare Layouts, identify critical operation and Costing.
- Daily manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring.
- Non-productive time calculation.
- Report to the superiors.
- Coordinate with Sample team, Merchandising team and Production team & related job.
- Develop processes to resolve production problems and minimize the production cost.
- Motivate workers to achieve higher productivity.
- Identify best performers and award incentive to deserving workers.
- Any others job assigned by management.
