Additional Requirements
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis, reporting and process optimization.
- Assisting in process analysis and identifying areas for improvement.
- Supporting the implementation of efficiency-driven process improvement.
Responsibilities & Context
- Analyze daily production data to identify inefficiencies and suggest immediate corrective actions.
- Monitor floor-wise efficiency and ensure adherence to the planned production targets.
- Maintain and update standard minute value (SMV) for all operations on the floor.
- Conduct motion studies to streamline worker movements and improve productivity.
- Ensure effective line balancing to minimize idle time and optimize workflow.
- Coordinate with supervisors and operators to implement process improvement.
- Regularly evaluate operator performance and suggest necessary training or upskilling.
- Ensure compliance with approved production methods and quality standards.
- Support floor management in achieving KPIs such as efficacy, DHU, and output targets.
