Responsibilities & Context

• Regular responsibilities of an IE Include
• Daily operation breakdown for Highly padded; Quilting ; Fake down ; 2 in 1 jacket ; all types bottom.
• Machine layout and bulletin
• Man-Machine report
• Bottleneck monitoring in production lines
• Training production staff on efficiency
• Production monitoring as per set target
• Daily line-wise target setup
• Wastage control
• Prepare regular loss time
• Prepare regular SMV calculation
• Calculate WIP of lines
• Method Study + Method development
• Motion Study
• Monitoring and optimize machine Productivity
• Research and development for improving all factory department.
