Responsibilities & Context
- Should have excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills and should be confident enough in speaking with students, parents·
- Instruct students in IELTS-specific skills and strategies for all test sections, including listening, reading, writing, and speaking·
- Provide comprehensive guidance on the IELTS format, scoring system, and various question types.
- Create personalized study plans tailored to individual weaknesses and track student progress accordingly.
- Conduct speaking sessions to enhance fluency and facilitate writing practice for different task types.
- Develop listening and reading comprehension skills through targeted exercises and the identification of key information.
- Monitor and announce time intervals for test sections while ensuring strict adherence to designated time limits for test takers
Extra responsibilities
- Assess students’ English proficiency through diagnostic assessments and mock tests, offering constructive feedback for improvement.
