Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for an energetic IELTS Instructor to join our diverse team. We are looking for proactive, dynamic people and team players, with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handle multiple tasks and with marked attention to details. What you’ll do:

• Prepare Mock tests on a regular basis.
• Making teaching plans for the IELTS Program.
• Develop and prepare updated lesson plans and standard course syllabus.
• Conducting and Invigilating IELTS Mock test.
• Engaging in professional skills development to ensure quality and high standards in teaching and learning.
• Conducting IELTS Live Sessions through Social media platform.
• Generate development ideas for IELTS course.
• Creating and evaluating all test papers for the candidates within a given time frame.
• Conduct counseling sessions to enhance motivation and boost the performance of the candidates.
• Maintaining and updating the Training Cohort Datasheets.
• Regular feedback and one-to-one discussions to assess the needs of students.
• Develop and explain methods that fairly measure student progress toward obtaining their desired score.
