Responsibilities & Context

IELTS Test Preparation:

• Deliver high-quality IELTS preparation courses (both General and Academic modules) to students at varying levels.
• Develop and implement effective lesson plans, focusing on all four sections of the IELTS test: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
• Use a variety of teaching techniques and materials to cater to different learning styles and student needs.
• Provide tailored feedback to students to help them improve their IELTS scores.

Assessments and Progress Tracking:

• Conduct regular mock exams and assessments to track student progress.
• Provide detailed and constructive feedback on practice tests, assignments, and speaking sessions.
• Help students set realistic targets and monitor their improvements throughout the course.

Individualized Support :

• Offer one-on-one sessions for students needing extra assistance or facing challenges in specific areas.
• Identify student weaknesses and provide personalized support to improve performance.

Student Motivation and Encouragement:

• Foster a positive, supportive classroom environment to encourage student engagement and participation.
• Motivate students to stay focused and committed to their study goals.

Classroom Management:

• Manage and maintain an organized, disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
• Ensure all students adhere to classroom policies and procedures, maintaining professionalism and respect.

Course Material Development:

• Prepare and update teaching materials, handouts, and resources to reflect the latest IELTS test trends and best practices.
• Continuously refine teaching methods and materials based on student feedback and exam changes.

Continuous Professional Development:

• Keep abreast of updates and changes to the IELTS exam format.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay informed about industry best practices.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and exam results. Report on student outcomes and progress to the academy’s management when required.
