Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging IELTS Lessons tailored to diverse student needs.
- Conduct assessment, assignments, mock tests, providing constructive feedback.
- Guide students in all IELTS modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking ).
- Maintain accurate students records including attendance and performance tracking,
- Create a motivating and positive classroom environment.
- Stay updated with IELTS test formats, scoring system and teaching strategies
- Collaborate with the Meiji team in Dhaka and Cumilla Branch to improve curriculum and teaching qualities. Must have IELTS Band Score 7 or above.
- Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of collaborative team.
- Genuine passion for teaching and student success.
