Requirements

Education

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or any relevant field (CELTA/TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus)

Experience

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 18 years

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in IELTS teaching or mentoring is preferred. Previous experience in conducting mock tests and preparing students for the exam is an added advantage
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Must have the IELTS exam structure and scoring knowledge
• Ability to teach all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
• Passion for mentoring students and helping them achieve their target band scores
• Basic understanding of online teaching tools and platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
• Minimum IELTS Band Score 8.

Responsibilities & Context

• Conduct IELTS preparation classes (offline/online)
• Teach all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
• Design class activities, assignments, and mock tests aligned with the IELTS exam format
• Provide personalised feedback and suggestions for improvement
• Monitor student progress and maintain performance reports
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
• Coordinate with the operations team for scheduling and student communication
• Stay updated with the latest IELTS trends, changes, and resources
• Cooperate with the marketing team to prepare promotional content.
