Diploma in Nursing
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing
Diploma in Medical Faculty (DMF) From MATS with valid BMDC registration.
Additional Requirements
Age 25 to 50 years
Strong knowledge of OT Procedures and surgical protocols.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.

Job Location
Impact Hospital & Diagnostic Centre, Chuadanga.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of the Operation Theatre.
Ensure that the Operation Theatre is properly prepared before every surgical procedure.
Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other concerned departments.
Maintain the daily OT schedule in coordination with concerned doctors and departments.
Ensure all OT equipment and instruments are functional and properly maintained.
Maintain an updated inventory of surgical instruments, medicines, consumables, and other supplies.
Ensure timely requisition of OT supplies to avoid shortages.
Supervise OT nurses, technicians, attendants, and other supporting staff.
Ensure strict compliance with infection prevention and control (IPC) Protocols.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the OT environment.
