Responsibilities & Context
Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook & Instagram campaigns for student recruitment, visa services, and brand awareness.
Manage Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Pixel, Events, and retargeting campaigns.
Develop and test audiences, creatives, and campaigns to improve leads, inquiries, conversions, and ROI.
Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing plans and content calendars.
Create engaging content for Study Abroad, Student Visa, Visit Visa, University, and IGC brand campaigns.
Design professional social media posts, ad creatives, banners, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
Create and edit Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and student success content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Develop creative hooks, scripts, captions, CTAs, and campaign concepts in Bangla and English.
Research competitors, education trends, universities, destinations, and social media trends to generate fresh content ideas.
Monitor social media performance, audience engagement, competitors, and campaign results.
Develop retargeting strategies for website visitors, video viewers, page visitors, leads, and previous audiences.
Maintain consistent IGC branding across all digital and visual communications.
Coordinate with Counsellors, Marketing Team, and Creative Team to develop content aligned with business and admission targets.
Maintain an organized library of design files, videos, templates, and brand assets.
