Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Import and Export Operations Manager to oversee and manage the company’s import and export activities, especially in the grain trading sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all import and export operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and complying with international trade regulations.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university.

• At least 10 years of experience in import and export trade.

• Preference will be given to candidates with managerial experience in the grain import and export industry.

• Familiarity with import-export laws, customs regulations, and logistics management.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in relevant trade and logistics management software.

Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the company’s import and export operations.

• Communicate with domestic and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Ensure compliance with government regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.

• Oversee logistics, warehousing, and transportation activities.

• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, securing the best terms and prices.

• Prepare and manage all related paperwork, including shipping records and financial reports.
