Additional Requirements

To ensure overall management of store department and supervision of all store personnel as per company’s Store Management Policy.
To ensure that Store is always neat and clean and well organized so that any item can be traced easily without any wastage of time.
To ensure that overall management of all requisition, receiving and issuing activities is done in coordination with production requirement, availability of goods and merchandising breakdown.
To confirm receiving is made upon quality inspection and quantity is verified against challan.
To ensure that goods are only issued against proper demands (SRS) accurately and on time.
To ensure issuance of Material Purchase Requisition (MPR) in a timely manner after confirming stock position and verifying actual requirement.
To coordinate with all production management and provide effective support for achieving production target.
To keep all the documents up-to-date in SAP and accurate for inspection and physical inventory.
To arrange disposal of waste goods as per Management Policy.
Lead safety, quality & compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC.
Ensure cost reduction by avoiding all kinds of wastage.
Any other related task assigned by the Management.
