Responsibilities & Context
Supervision & monitoring the Company Automobile Workshop as the In-Charge, where around 200 vehicles (Trucks, Covered Vans, Pick-up, Private Cars & Microbuses) are taking the repair, maintenance & regular periodic servicing.
Diagnosis problems of all the vehicles & trouble shooting those problem by giving proper solutions as per the actual need.
Minimize the costs of vehicles by using effectively & efficiently of all the vehicles of the Company.
Train up the all drivers to drive efficiently of all vehicles.
Maximize the driving skill of the drivers by periodic train up them.
Well known or good knowledge on all types of vehicles spare parts.
