Responsibilities & Context
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
- Ensure the maintenance of proper Communication Channel with ISHO customers regarding product delivery
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
- Liaise with the Production Team and Sales Team for the smooth execution of ISHO’s product delivery efforts
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stocks, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments of products to the customer
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints regarding the delivery of goods
- Supervise, coach, and train Delivery/ Warehouse workforce
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
