Responsibilities & Context

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
• Ensure the maintenance of proper Communication Channel with ISHO customers regarding product delivery
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Liaise with the Production Team and Sales Team for the smooth execution of ISHO’s product delivery efforts
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stocks, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments of products to the customer
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints regarding the delivery of goods
• Supervise, coach, and train Delivery/ Warehouse workforce
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
