Responsibilities & Context
- Plan, schedule, execute & follow up on the schedule for monthly maintenance while ensuring work completion as planned.
- Attend all electrical breakdown and trouble-shooting works of all production & utility machines to minimize production loss.
- Arrange to conduct internal training and development process for employees for smooth and efficient operations of the department.
- Supervise ongoing operation of Power & Energy Division.
- Closely work with RSC team, attend inspection and take corrective action as per RSC requirements.
- Ensure all electrical systems comply with industry safety standard and regulations.
- Oversee the sourcing of spare parts, expenses, billing, & other relevant tasks.
- Strictly abide by the compliance standards stipulated by the management from time-to-time.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
