Job Location: Head Office
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- To look after company’s IT related activities as an In-charge/ Head of IT department of the company.
- Strong decision making & analytical capabilities & higher level of Management skill along with preparing and delivery of report as per requirement of the Board of Directors’/Management.
- Plan and implement network security, including building firewalls, IPS, IDS, applying cryptography to network application, managing host security, file permissions backup and disaster recovery plans, file system integrity and adding and deleting users.
- Migration of Operating System up-gradation and troubleshooting server OS on Windows and Linux perform. System and Data backup for Domain Controller, Mail Server and File Server.
- Operate day to day IT operation support and service management. Setting up new users account and profiles and dealing with password issues. Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory service.
- Supervise and manage servers, security solutions, network hardware and equipment.
- Maintain the database, web server, mail server, multiple software environments and portal development.
- Integrate and maintain Identify and report on risk, including compliance, to initiate corrective action and meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with IT Vendors/service providers to deliver goods and services as per agreed service level agreements.
- Implement an effective cybersecurity culture throughout the organization.
- Oracle Application Server Configuration & Maintenance.
- To analyze the business logic for the development of General Insurance ERP.
