Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

Chimbuk Ceramics Ltd is looking for a result oriented, self-motivated and hard working professionals having experience in factory production of Structural Clay Products ((such as Cladding Tiles, Roof Tiles, Pavers & Glaze Tiles production). Responsible for production, managing and handling manpower. Maintain communications coordinate at the strategic & tactical levels with the other functions of the organization.

Job Location: Palgaon, Bhaluka, Mymenshing.

Job Responsibilities

• To ensure efficient and continuous running of the drying & firing process in Kiln & Dryer and meet the quality parameters & scheduled production target on time.
• To manage the production to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of operations within budgeted overhead and material cost.
• To take necessary operational steps and coordinate with related stakeholders to implement the strategic management decisions.
• To lead, coach, and train the production people to achieve the set standards.
