- Responsible for the total MIS, HRIS and IT functions of Ibrahim Cardiac (existing and future).
- Responsible for supervision of in-house and out sourcing people involved under MIS & IT section and over all maintaining, operating and supervision of MIS & IT sector.
- Report to CEO about all IT activities.
- Prepare various Reports and Presentations for top level Management.
- Design and debug the Hospital Information System software developed in Oracle under difference modules including Finance, Billing, Fixed Asset, Inventory, Stores, Laboratory and different functions of hospital.
- Control internet usage and do closely monitoring the ISP activities for uninterrupted service.
- Web, Proxy and Mail Server configuration and maintenance using Redhat Linux Enterprise 5.0
- Plan, Design, implement and maintain LAN and other IT platforms.
- Network Administration using latest & suitable version. Windows, Advance Server, Redhat Linux Enterprise and Microtik Router OS
- Design and debug the Web Page of Ibrahim Cardiac
- Planning, installing and maintaining CCTV Camera and security measure.
- Responsible for printing products and communication media.
- Responsible for publishing Annual Performance Report of Ibrahim Cardiac.
- Ensure strong security of all kinds of data, network access and backup systems.
- Closely work with different departments to know about their work procedure and provide MIS & IT support as and when needed according to policy/guide line.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
- Provide end-user training and support as and when needed.
- Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the management time to time.
- – Skills/ Abilities:
- Undertake complex application development process.
- Abreast with local ICT development and ready to implement that.
- Utilization of SMS and email facilities in various applicants.
- Proven record of application system analysis, design and development.
- Experiences in web-based application development.
- Ability to utilize Smartphone based application development.
Responsibilities & Context
- Work under the direct supervision and guidance of Chief Executive Officer as sole resource, facilitator, advisor and operator relating to maintenance and advancement of information technology related task to the best interest of the organization.
- The incumbent is required to actively perform in maintaining and advancing company website, Intranet, Internet, Software, Hardware and Local Area Network for state of art business operation.
- MIS executive shall assess needs and conduct necessary trainings for users of various software and communication media that is in use at the organization.
- Under the directives of the supervisor, the MIS executive shall perform custodian responsibility of communicational channel (internet and intranet usage access) and shall do the needful to best utilize the close circuit television network.
- As assigned communication resource person, the incumbent shall undertake all necessary work for publishing various periodicals and journals.
- It is expected that the MIS executive shall keep him/her up to date with the latest and contemporary advancement of information technology and constantly assess new need or scope to improvement relating to usage of information technology in order to excel the service excellence of the hospital and shall submit such findings and recommendations in the form of periodical reports to the Chief Executive Officer of Ibrahim Cardiac Hospital.
