Additional Requirements

Will competency in data management, data sorting, and analysis.
Minimum 05 years of experience in the relevant field is preferable.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint and ERP software (SAP)
Strong Analytical skills, Communication Skills, leadership capability & Proactiveness
Mould Maintenance skills

Responsibilities & Context

To supervise Eye drop container production, ASB Machine (ISBM), Jomar Machine (IBM) and Injection Molding Machine & overall Mold and find out abnormality of Machine, troubleshooting the Machine and maintenance of Mold and Machine.
To supervise & control all subordinates
To prepare production program of Eye drop container, ASB Machine, Injection Molding M/C, Jomar M/C
To demand materials as per Production Program
To supervise production activities & report to superior time to time.
To keep all production records in the production record register & other Related Record forms.
To attain all related meetings in time with homework.
To maintain in-process stock register.
To support all maintenance activities.
To maintain all standards to achieve quality objectives.
To facilities & participate in circle activities of ASB Machine, Injection Molding M/C, Jomar M/C
To keep & Maintain 5`S, TPM & ISO Related Records
Face GMP and other audits.
To train all subordinates as per training program
