Responsibilities & Context

We are currently looking for an experienced individual for the position of In-Charge (Sales & Display Center) | Khulna , Rajshahi Division.

— This position is equivalent to Sr. Executive.

• Responsible for managing the Sales and Display Center at Khulna & Rajshahi.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients with proper support & develop relationships with new clients for expansion of the product market (Such as; Architects, Developers, EED, HED, PWD, LGED and other Govt. & Pvt. organizations).
• Handle customer complaints & update the complaints to the production department for improvement.
• Achieve the sales target fixed by the management.
• Ensure that guidelines and policies set by the management are followed.
• To support the company’s overall Sales objectives both externally and internally.
• Supply sufficient information to the Head of Sales to enable effective budgetary control of specific areas of activity.
• Submit Daily/Weekly Activity reports to the Head of Sales.
• Check the Display/Sales Center’s daily operation and cleanliness.
• Ensure that products are well-arranged, clean, and displayed attractively.
• Regularly update displays to reflect new products, trends, or promotions.
• Maintain inventory levels in the display area and ensure items are available.
